Some of our products can be hung outdoors. Please refer to the detail on the specific product page for details on suitability of outdoor use. Please note that all of our outdoor products hang from a nail or screw and are not securely fixed to the wall's surface. We do not therefore recommend displaying in areas easily accessed by passers by or in areas exposed to strong winds. We accept no responsibility for items being stolen or damaged for these reasons.
Roamforge metal wall art works best on flat, vertical wall surfaces that are light in colour. Some of our designs hang from a standard nail or screw. These particular designs can be hung on a variety of surfaces including plaster, brickwork and wooden panelling amongst others. For our wall art designs that use 3M adhesive pads however, we recommend these only on very flat surfaces such as plaster or tiled walls. We do not recommend mounting Roamforge products on rough, uneven or slanted wall surfaces.
Details of the hanging system can be found on each respective product page. Some of our products require a nail or screw (not included) to hang the artwork from using the integrated mounting bracket. Some of our products use 3M adhesive pad mounting and for these products, everything you will need is included in the box. There are no additional tools or fixings required.
Our products are shipped fully assembled so no tools are required for assembly. For screw/ nail mounted designs, a screwdriver/ hammer will be required.

Please remember to always check the content of a parcel in the presence of a courier. If after opening the package you find out that it lacks the correct content or the product has a defect, please email us at info@roamforge.com with some photos of all received products as well as the packaging so that we can follow up.

Depending on the destination, there is a possibility of an additional duty fee. The duty fee amount depends on specific countries regulations. Any costs related to customs duties must be paid by the buyer.
Unfortunately, due to couriers' restrictions on delivery to the above addresses, we might not able to send your order. We recommend using a regular address when placing an order.
You may return your product to us within 30 calendar days of delivery and you will receive 100% refund. The product is eligible for return if it is in it's original condition (with any 3M adhesive mounting pads unused). The product needs to be sent at the customer’s cost.
